In my work with clients, I want to help empower individuals to better manage mental health concerns that get in the way of that person finding their best self. Most importantly, I want you to feel that you are not alone in whatever concern currently bothers you - whether you are adjusting to college, adjusting to life after college, trying to balance stressful work life with graduate school, you have concerns about your relationship, the excitement of having a kid or feeling overwhelmed with activities that your kids are involved in, trying to balance work life and personal life, or you are struggling with issues outside of your control. I can help.
My experiences working with children and teenager client in a variety of settings can be very helpful when working with parents who are struggling with family life or needing parenting assistance. For college and graduate students, I draw upon a wealth of experience having worked in a college counselor center and working with college and graduate students at both a community mental health center and through private practice.
My specialties are:
Young adult issues (approx ages 18-40)

Passion for working with concerns specific to the LGBTQA community

*If you have any questions about other issues/concerns that I work with, please feel free to contact me and ask!
